Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for international clients via voice, email, or chat
Resolve customer queries related to products/services with high-quality service standards
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Meet SLA, quality, and customer satisfaction benchmarks
Follow process guidelines and compliance standards
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience
Prior international BPO/customer support experience preferred
Willingness to work night/rotational shifts
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
