We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused International Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, providing prompt and accurate resolutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle queries with professionalism and empathy.
Handle international customer calls and provide end-to-end support.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and deliver accurate information.
Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Record customer interactions and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
Education: Minimum 10th Pass and above
(Note: BE/B.Tech/Post Graduate candidates are not eligible)
Experience:

Candidates with 1 year or more of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process) preferred
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Good typing speed – 20 WPM with 80% accuracy
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Assessment:
SVAR Test: Minimum Cut-off – 50
Typing Test: 20 WPM & 80% Accuracy
Final Round: Operations Team Interview
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 2:30 AM (9.5-hour shift)
Weekly Off: 2 Split Offs (No fixed Saturday or Sunday off)
