Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries, complaints, and feedback
Troubleshoot product or service-related issues and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, logistics) to resolve complex issues
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
Understand cultural differences and communicate effectively with global customers
