We're hiring Customer Support Executives for the Wizz Air International Chat Process 💬🌐. The role involves handling customer queries via live chat, providing accurate information ℹ️, and ensuring excellent customer experience ⭐ for international customers 🌍.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through live chat support professionally and efficiently 💬✅
• Assist customers with flight bookings ✈️, cancellations ❌, refunds 💸, baggage 🧳, and check-in queries 🛂
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service quality and TAT ⏱️⭐
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 📝
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent written communication skills in English 🗣️✍️
• Any graduate / undergraduate can apply 🎓

Skills Required:
