Job Responsibilities
Reaching Out: Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers in the UK.
Connecting: Engaging in friendly, professional, and persuasive conversations to understand customer needs.
Record Keeping: Quickly and accurately updating customer details and call outcomes in our CRM system.
