Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Location: gorwa vadodara

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 CTC per month (Based on experience)

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve queries, provide information, and troubleshoot issues for international customers.

• Process Excellence: Maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation and follow communication scripts/protocols.

• Adaptability: Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide the most current information to clients.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: any Graduate

• Communication: Fluent in English with a neutral or global accent. Excellent verbal and written skills are mandatory.

• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and the ability to navigate CRM software.

• Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
