Required:

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Candidates should have minimum 1 year experience in International BPO Sales Process/Inbound Process.

• Computer knowledge

• Should be smart & have convincing skills

• Comfortable to work in night shift

• Age limit : 21 Years - 40 Years

Job Role:

• Manage incoming phone calls

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Booking customers’ flight tickets and making sales.
