Job Title: International Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We're seeking a customer-focused and skilled International Customer Support Executive to join our team! You'll provide exceptional support to global customers, resolving issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction 🌟

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Customer Support: Provide support to customers across different regions, time zones, and languages 🌐

2. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to senior team members or management when needed 🔍

3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services 📚

Requirements

1. Education: 12 pass out Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 📚

3. Language Skills:

Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus 🌐

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems 💻

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to different customer personalities and cultures 📞
