Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for the United Airlines International Chat Process in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for assisting international customers through live chat, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international live chat.

- Provide professional, accurate, and timely responses.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain proper chat etiquette and customer service standards.

- Demonstrate excellent grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction, and comprehension.

- Maintain a typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.

- Work effectively in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of International Chat experience is mandatory.

- UG / Graduate qualification.

- Excellent C1-level written English.

- Strong communication, grammar, and comprehension skills.

- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

- Typing speed of 40 WPM with at least 85–90% accuracy.

- Comfortable handling international customers through live chat.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
