The profiles may be sourced to meet the following criteria:
1–2 years of relevant experience in technical support, customer support, service desk, or a similar role.
Prior experience in handling customer issues and performing basic troubleshooting through both ticketing systems and voice support.
Understanding of TLS/SSL concepts ( not mandatory)
Good computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and comprehension).
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Willingness to work from the office on all working days.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Education: Graduate / PG
CTC: 5.5 LPA
Shift: Night Shift (24x7)
Perks: 1 way cab / Night shift allowance (Tentative)
Job Location: Bengaluru, Kodathi Campus, Near Sarjapur Highway
