Job Summary

Design Plus Print Shop (Florida, USA) is hiring a Customer Service & Design Coordinator to work from our Mumbai (Sanpada) office. This role acts as a middle person between US-based clients and graphic designers, handling customer communication, collecting design information, creating invoices, coordinating design work, and obtaining client approvals—all virtually.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication (US Clients)

• Communicate with US-based customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, or CRM

• Understand client printing and design requirements clearly

• Explain pricing, quantities, timelines, and revisions professionally

Design Coordination

• Collect all required design details (size, quantity, colors, content, logos, images, deadlines)

• Share clear instructions with graphic designers

• Follow up to ensure timely design completion

• Send design proofs to clients and collect feedback

• Coordinate revisions until final approval is received

Invoice & Order Handling

• Create estimates and invoices accurately

• Ensure all order information is complete before sending jobs to design or print

• Track order progress from design → approval → production

• Maintain proper records of invoices, approvals, and customer details

Quality Control

• Check design files for spelling, size, quantity, and print readiness

• Ensure written client approval is received before printing

• Reduce errors by double-checking all job details

Team Coordination

• Work closely with US management, designers, and production teams

• Communicate updates clearly to avoid delays

• Assist in resolving client concerns or last-minute changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)

• Strong customer service and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines

• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills

• Comfortable working with US time zones

• Basic understanding of graphic design and printing (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a print shop, design agency, BPO, or customer support role

• Knowledge of print products: business cards, flyers, banners, menus, signage

• Familiarity with design file formats (PDF, JPG, PNG, AI)

Work Schedule

• Office-based role in Sanpada, Mumbai

• Shift aligned with US (Florida) business hours

• Full-time position
