Position: Customer Support Executive – US Voice Process

Education: Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, articulate, and graduate freshers or experienced professionals to join our international US Voice Process. In this role, you will interact directly with US-based customers, providing exceptional service and resolving queries over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Follow standard operating procedures and documentation guidelines.

Education: Must be a graduate (Any discipline).
