Salary:

• Freshers: ₹27000- ₹34,000 CTC per month

• Experienced (1+ year): Up to ₹46000 CTC per month

Hiring From: PAN India
Shift: International (US/UK/Global)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat & voice

• Understand customer needs and suggest solutions

• Pitch products/services to international clients, Perform upselling and cross-selling (Only for sales process)

• Maintain quality scores, productivity, and targets

• Provide excellent customer experience
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates only (any stream)

• Excellent English communication (written + verbal)

• Confident in sales and customer handling

• Fresher or experienced (1+ year for higher salary)

• Comfortable with relocation to Jaipur

• Ready for rotational & night shifts
