We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic BPO team. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, provide outstanding support, and resolve queries related to our services. This role offers a competitive in-hand salary and significant opportunities for career advancement.Key Responsibilities:• Answer customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.• Address various customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints effectively.•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and conduct follow-ups as necessary.• Provide clear and precise information to customers, assisting them in resolving issues.• Work closely with other departments to manage and resolve complex cases when required.• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets set by the team and management.Job Requirements:• Minimum qualification: Graduate degree or equivalent.• Prior experience in customer service or a BPO environment is preferred.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to address and resolve customer issues, including handling escalations.• Proficient in maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.• Comfortable working during specified shift hours and on working days as required.• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
