Experience: 1– 4 years
1) Strong Analytical and diagnostic ability to identify root causes and resolve complex issues.				
2) Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for global customer interactions. This is the most important has to be a minimum B2 on CEFR scale (C1 Preferable)				
3) Support customers with onboarding, service activation, and ongoing product adoption.				
4) Provide guidance on account access, subscription plans, licenses, upgrades, downgrades, and add on features.				
5) Help customers understand product capabilities and best practices to maximize value.				
6) Capture and relay customer feedback, feature requests, and recurring issues to internal teams				
7) Accurate documentation and CRM proficiency for tracking and follow-up.
