*Role Overview*
We are hiring for an Inbound Customer Service role for an Australian Telecom process. You will handle calls from Australian customers, resolve their queries, assist with billing, plans, and technical issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Attend inbound calls from Australian customers and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer queries related to telecom services, billing, plans, and connectivity
- Maintain call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Follow process guidelines and ensure first call resolution where possible
- Document call details and update CRM tools accurately
*Requirements*
- *Education*: Minimum HSC passed. Graduates can also apply
- *Experience*: Freshers welcome. Candidates with 6+ months BPO/voice experience preferred
- *Skills*: Excellent English communication and listening skills. Neutral accent preferred
- Must be comfortable working in night/graveyard shifts
- Willing to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational week offs
*Salary & Benefits*
- *For Freshers*: Up to ₹22,000 in-hand per month
- *For Experienced (6+ months)*: Up to ₹29,000 in-hand per month
- One-way transport provided
- 2 rotational week offs
