Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to support our US operations. This role involves coordinating property service requests, communicating with vendors, field teams, tenants, and clients, and ensuring smooth execution of service projects such as Landscaping, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Roofing, Handyman, and Sewer services. The role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in international voice processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients, tenants, and vendors
Create and manage work orders and service requests
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication
Track service timelines, updates, and completion status
Maintain accurate documentation and updates in project management systems
Follow up on delays, resolve issues, and keep customers informed
Track expenses, approvals, and service completion records
Verify vendor invoices and required documents
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-ups
Skills & Experience Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in international voice process (US preferred)
Experience in international sales or customer support
Ability to handle high call volumes (inbound & outbound)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Target-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
