About the Role:
As a Senior Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers, handling both voice and non-voice interactions. You will resolve technical and non-technical issues, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Required Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in International BPO (Voice & Chat – Technical/Customer Support).
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and week offs.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO). (No transport facility – self-commute required.)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-contact resolution for customer queries (voice, chat, email).
Handle escalations, grievances, and complex cases with professionalism.
Ensure SLA adherence and maintain quality standards.
Engage with customers proactively to deliver service excellence.
Collaborate with higher support levels where required.
