Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Coordinating and communicating with other departments such as sales, logistics, or technical support to ensure issue resolution.
Checking duplicate orders and making calls to customers for order confirmation.
NDR-Doing NDR calls to confirm RTO and re-attempt with customers, submitting the data to logistics.
Follow-ups for delivery and maintaining RTO refunds.
