Job Title: Call Centre Representative

Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Details: 9-hour rotational shifts (including early morning or late-night shifts) | 6 days/week (1 rotational off between Monday and Thursday)

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a warm, customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our Mumbai team as the primary point of contact for guests in Australia. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, digital enquiries, and reservation requests with confidence and exceptional professionalism, ensuring every caller feels valued and well-supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Support: Promptly answer incoming calls and respond to guest enquiries via email and WhatsApp with clarity, accuracy, and warmth.

• Reservation Management: Assist guests with booking requests, provide accurate information on venue details, special menu offerings, and reservation terms.

• Issue Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and escalate complex complaints or high-priority issues to the appropriate management team.

• Personalized Service: Actively listen to guest needs to personalize recommendations and ensure seamless communication across all channels.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain exceptional customer service standards while representing the Italian dining brand with pride, reliability, and team spirit.

  
  Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in a call centre, telecalling, or customer service role (hospitality experience is a plus).

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong phone etiquette.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and messaging tools.

• Flexibility to work rotational 9-hour shifts (including early mornings, late nights, and weekends).

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
