💼 Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly candidates to join our team as Domestic Customer Representatives. The selected candidates will handle customer calls, assist with queries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls professionally and politely.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers whenever required.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Work with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
✅ Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi/English.
Comfortable working in a 6-day working schedule.
Willingness to work in a Day Shift.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
