Role: BPO Associate – International Voice/Non-Voice
Experience: Freshers & Experienced
Shift: Rotational/Night shifts (as per process)

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Associates to handle international customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer queries, and a strong dedication to delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat/email support for international customers
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow process workflows and maintain call/chat documentation
Meet performance targets (AHT, Quality, CSAT, etc.)
Collaborate with team leads for process improvements

Required Skills

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
Good listening skills and customer-handling abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced international process environments
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility

Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply
Freshers are welcome
Candidates comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs
