We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for International & Domestic Voice Processes.
Position-Customer Support Executive
Job Type
• Full-Time
• Work from Office
Salary
• ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience, interview performance, and process)
• Attractive Incentives (where applicable)
Shift & Timing
• Domestic Process: Day Shift / Rotational Shift
• International Process: Rotational / Night Shift
• Shift timings will be discussed during the interview.
Eligibility
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
• Achieve quality and productivity targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
