Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting international customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Maintain quality and productivity standards
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English
Willingness to work in night shifts
Ability to work 6 days a week
Basic computer knowledge
