Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle international inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Resolve queries related to billing, technical issues, and general service inquiries
Deliver high-quality customer service by ensuring first-call resolution where possible
Actively listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate, timely solutions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in internal systems
Follow standard procedures for escalations and support requests
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product and process knowledge.
