📌 Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.

• Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.

• Provide accurate information regarding products/services.

• Maintain excellent customer service and call quality.

• Document customer interactions in the system.

• Escalate complex issues when required.

• Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

✅ Eligibility

Freshers:

• Good spoken English and communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to work rotational/night shifts.

• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.

Experienced:

• 1 –5 years of experience in International Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support / Call Center preferred.

• International customer-handling experience will be an added advantage.

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from domestic customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, accounts, or complaints.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

• Provide accurate information as per company policies and processes.

• Record customer interactions and update details in the system.

• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.

• Achieve assigned targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines.

✅ Eligibility

For Freshers:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.

• Good spoken English and/or Hindi/regional language as required for the process.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers with no prior BPO experience are welcome.

For Experienced Candidates:

• 1 –5 years of experience in Domestic Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support / Call Center preferred.

• Prior experience in customer handling is an advantage.

• Candidates with relevant sales, telesales, or customer service experience may also apply.
