Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customers over the phone, resolving their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.

• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.

• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM/system.

• Meet individual and team targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and data-security guidelines.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Maintain a professional and positive approach during customer interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Good pronunciation, listening skills, and conversational ability.

• Comfortable working in US/UK/International time zones and rotational shifts.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.

• Ability to handle customers professionally and work under pressure.

• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Freshers are welcome; prior international voice/customer service experience is an advantage.
