🎓 Education: Graduates / Undergraduates
👥 Experience: Freshers to 24+ months
✅ Eligibility & Skills
Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 proficiency).
Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office.
Typing speed of 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.
Voice experience preferred; non-voice/backend experience will receive 50% weightage as per the hiring criteria.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound international customer queries using cloud-based tools.
Research customer accounts and policies to provide accurate solutions.
Deliver professional, timely, and customer-focused support.
Document customer interactions and actions accurately.
Manage challenging conversations, escalate issues appropriately, and meet quality and productivity standards.
