Key responsibilities
Outbound calls:
Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce products or services and generate interest.
Inbound calls:
Handle incoming calls from customers to answer questions and address concerns.
Sales and lead generation:
Explain product benefits and pricing, persuade customers to buy, and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
Customer service:
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Data and record management:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update customer databases in a CRM system.
Performance goals:
Meet daily or weekly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals set by the company.
Product knowledge:
Stay updated on product information, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate details to customers.
