We are looking for a proactive and confident Inside Sales Executive (Female) who can handle lead qualification, outbound calling, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up skills, and the ability to work closely with the sales team to support business growth.
Make outbound calls to prospective leads and qualify them based on business requirements.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
Generate, manage, and update leads through Zoho CRM or relevant tools.
Coordinate with the field sales and technical team for demos, proposals, and follow-ups.
Provide information on SolidWorks/Zoho products (basic training will be provided if required).
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly revenue targets.
Any degree (Freshers or up to 1 year experience).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up ability and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho preferred) – training can be provided.
Ability to understand technical products like SolidWorks (added advantage).
Good coordination, time management, and multitasking skills.
