Job Title: Sales Executive (WFH) – WhatsApp Sales & Customer Relationship

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Female Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, generate sales and handle online customer communication for our growing food brand.
The candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into orders, following up with existing customers, increasing repeat purchases and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls and online platforms
• Follow up with new leads and convert them into customers
• Contact existing customers for repeat orders and promotions
• Explain product details, offers, combos and benefits to customers
• Maintain daily sales records and customer follow-up reports
• Coordinate with the team for order processing and delivery updates
• Handle customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in sales, telecalling, customer support or (e-commerce preferred)
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi/Gujarati/English
• Comfortable with customer calling and WhatsApp sales
• Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets
