Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Information Retrieval Officers (IROs) to join our Inbound Voice Process team. The role involves assisting callers by providing accurate information related to products, services, locations, and contact details — with no sales targets involved.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally.
Assist callers by providing precise and relevant information based on their queries.
Retrieve and share data related to products, services, locations, and contact details.
Ensure every call meets quality and response time standards.
Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy while handling customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree (with or without arrears).
Age Limit: Up to 28 years.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication in English and regional language.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Basic typing and computer handling ability.
Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
