Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Manage documentation and ensure timely completion of records.
Coordinate and follow up on payment processes; update payment status and assist customers with queries.
Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and accurate documentation.
Conduct telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
Support on boarding by collecting and verifying documents.
Maintain confidentiality and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
Strong documentation and data management skills.
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Good Knowledge in MS-Excel.
