Shift/WorkTimings -Female: 11 am – 8 pm/12.30pm– 9.30pm ( weekly rotational)
Male: 11 am – 8 pm/12.30pm– 9.30pm /2pm –11pm ( weekly rotational)

Saturday and Sundays working.

Week Off - Mon to Thursday ( 1 off)

Gender - Male/Female

-(accommodation  for outside candidates)+ food for all employee

PF - Yes (After 3 months)

Bonus - Yes ( After 3 months)

 Lunch / Dinner - Both will be given

Requisites(Corecompetencies/Skills)

·         Need a good CRE who can speak in English/ Hindi/ Kannada

·         honest, disciplined and hard working.

·         Can work on weekends.

·         Gaming Zone Experience would be helpful, not compulsory

Responsibilities

·         Greetings to walk in customers.

·         Can handle customer queries on call, coordinate and manage birthdays with all the micromanagement, is a good team builder and motivator.

·         Can work well with all teams and lead the organization and make it grow.

·         Communicate the ongoing offers and bulk entry discounts.

·         Optimizing customer satisfaction.

·         Building Guest Relationships

·         Assisting Guests in Activities
