Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments regarding room status
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare invoices
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Upsell rooms and hotel services when appropriate
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 5 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Rotational shift.
