Salary: 15k to 22k
Job Timing: 10am -10pm

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced FMCG Team Leader to manage field sales executives, drive secondary sales, ensure market coverage, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, distributor coordination, and market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead FMCG sales team / field executives

• Achieve primary & secondary sales targets

• Assign daily routes, beats, and sales plans

• Monitor team performance and productivity

• Ensure product availability, visibility & merchandising

• Coordinate with distributors and retailers

• Handle retailer complaints and market issues

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports

• Train and motivate sales staff

• Execute company schemes and promotions
