Job Title: CCTV Field Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Field Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems at client sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CCTV hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure CCTV cameras and related equipment at various locations.

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.

• Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements.

• Ensure proper cable management and system integration.

• Test and verify the functionality of all CCTV equipment after installation.

• Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage.

• Document work performed and report any issues to the management team.

• Collaborate with other technicians and teams to complete projects efficiently.

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Prior experience working with CCTV systems and security technologies.

• Knowledge of IP-based CCTV systems, DVRs, NVRs, and network configuration.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
