Position: Digital Repair Specialist (Team Lead)

Location: Kalyan / Dombivli / Mumbra / Thane / Ghansoli
Salary: Up to ₹22,500 per month
Experience: 2–5 years (Preferred in field operations / telecom / installation domain)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Repair Specialist (DRS) who will lead and manage a team of technicians responsible for digital installations and repair activities across Navi Mumbai region. The role requires strong leadership, partner management, and field execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of installation and repair technicians in the assigned area.

• Identify, onboard, and manage local partners to expand installation network.

• Recruit, train, and develop team members under the partner ecosystem.

• Ensure timely completion of installation and service requests with quality standards.

• Track daily productivity, field performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with backend operations and cross-functional teams for smooth workflow.

• Handle escalations and ensure service delivery targets are met.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong team management and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of digital installation, broadband, or telecom field operations.

• Good communication and problem-solving ability.

• Partner/vendor management experience preferred.

• Proficiency in using mobile apps and reporting tools for field updates.

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline

• Preferred: Candidates with field sales or technical service experience in telecom / broadband
