We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Field Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and the ability to travel to customer sites for product installation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and commission company products at customer locations.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks.
Assist customers with product demonstrations and usage guidance.
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
Maintain installation reports, service records, and documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of customer technical issues.
Travel to customer locations as required for installation and support activities.
Requirements
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of installation and maintenance procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related technical discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Must be willing to travel to customer sites for installation and technical support.
