We are looking for a proactive Field Operations & Client Relations Executive to manage on-ground staffing operations and support business growth. This is a client-facing, field-based role reporting directly to management, ideal for someone who is comfortable traveling to client sites and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and coordinate with client sites to ensure smooth deployment of security, housekeeping, and labor staff

• Act as the primary point of contact for on-ground staffing issues and escalations

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction

• Identify and approach new business opportunities (factories, industries, corporates) for staffing contracts

• Coordinate with internal teams on staff deployment, attendance, and replacement requirements

• Prepare basic reports on site visits, client feedback, and business leads

• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English

• Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore and Karnataka

• Two-wheeler with valid license required

• Basic computer/smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, email, Excel)

• Prior experience in sales, operations, or facility management is a plus but not mandatory
