KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation: Source and follow up on property leads.
Client Advisory: Educate clients on market conditions and pricing strategies.
Site Visits: Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers.
Negotiation: Mediate between buyers and sellers to close deals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Licensing: Valid real estate license or RERA certification.
Communication: Excellent verbal and negotiation skills.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate area.
Transportation: Reliable transportation for site visits.
