The Field Executive is responsible for supporting on-site activities related to solar projects, including customer visits, site surveys, installation coordination, documentation, and after-sales support. The role requires regular field travel, effective communication with customers, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations.

• Meet prospective and existing customers to explain solar solutions and collect project requirements.

• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor installation progress and maintain quality standards.

• Prepare and submit site survey reports, photographs, and project documentation.

• Assist in obtaining required approvals and permissions from local authorities or utility companies, if applicable.

• Resolve customer queries and provide post-installation support.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during field operations.

• Maintain daily activity reports and update project status in the company's CRM or reporting system.

• Travel regularly to customer sites within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or any related field.

• Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in the solar, electrical, or renewable energy sector are preferred.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and installation processes.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and mobile reporting applications.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in rooftop solar projects.

• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and basic electrical drawings.

• Familiarity with net metering procedures and local utility regulations.

• Number of site surveys completed.

• Timely completion of assigned field activities.

• Customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

• Accuracy of field reports and documentation.

• Coordination efficiency with installation and operations teams.

Working Conditions

• Primarily field-based role with frequent local travel.

• May require weekend or extended working hours based on project schedules.

• Compliance with safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during site visits.
