About the Role
BimaSathi is seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the implementation of its Women Empowerment Initiative. The role involves coordinating with project participants, ensuring smooth communication and engagement, and supporting business development activities through lead generation and customer outreach.
Key Responsibilitiesl
Project Coordination
Coordinate with participants of the Women Empowerment Initiative.
Maintain participant databases, records, and progress reports.
Conduct regular follow-ups and communication with beneficiaries.
Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and community outreach activities.
Ensure timely execution of project activities and reporting.
Sales & Marketing Support
Contact prospective clients over the phone for insurance and investment solutions.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Support marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English proficiency is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Positive attitude with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with corporate experience in Sales & Marketing will be given preference.
Experience in customer service, telecalling, insurance, financial services, NGOs, or community outreach programs will be an advantage.
