We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at Nidan Ayurveda (Expert Ayurveda). The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding related to FMCG. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner
Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time deliveries
Verify delivery details such as address, contact number, and items
Collect payments (if required) and provide proper receipts
Handle products with care to avoid damage during transit

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 3 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
