Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Field Executive to manage and coordinate the deployment, attendance, and supervision of operational manpower (Security Guards, Helpers, Construction/Factory Laborers) across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Deployment & Onboarding: Facilitate client site visits for onboarding security personnel, industrial helpers, and general laborers.
• Client & Site Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between site managers/clients and the workforce to ensure seamless operations.
• Attendance & Roster Management: Monitor daily shift attendance, handle emergency replacements, and resolve absenteeism or shortage issues promptly.
• Workforce Welfare & Compliance: Maintain records of deployed staff and coordinate statutory requirements (PF, ESI documentation, police verification).
• Field Supervision & Audits: Conduct random site checks to monitor guard discipline, uniform standards, and labor adherence to safety guidelines.
• Recruitment Assistance: Coordinate with local sourcing channels to maintain a active bench of blue-collar manpower.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 1–4 years of field executive experience in manpower supply, security agencies, or facility management firms.
• Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.
• Vehicle & License: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license for field operations.
• Communication Skills: Local language fluency (Hindi/Regional Language); basic English comprehension is a plus.
• Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving ability, willing to travel extensively within assigned zones.

Compensation & Benefits
• Gross Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 (Based on experience & track record)
• Statutory Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) + Employee State Insurance (ESI)
• Working Schedule: 6 days per week (1 day rotational off)
