Job Summary
A Back Verification Executive is responsible for conducting verification processes through tele-calling, backend checks, document validation, and coordination with field staff or clients. The role involves verifying customer, residence, employment, business, and banking details accurately within the given timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic verification with applicants, employers, references, and neighbors.
Verify customer details such as address, employment, business, income, and residence information.
Check and validate documents received from clients or field executives.
Coordinate with field verification teams for case status updates.
Maintain accurate records and update verification reports in the system.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure closure within TAT (Turnaround Time).
Escalate discrepancy or fraudulent cases to the concerned team.
Prepare daily status reports and tracker updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirement
