We are looking for a Field Collection Executive and telecallers to join our team at Unite Business Solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed.
