Job Summary:

We are looking for an AR Executive who will be primarily responsible for managing collections

through regular field visits. The role requires strong follow-up skills, basic understanding of

accounts receivable, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

 Visit assigned customers regularly to collect outstanding payments and ensure timely

follow-ups.

 Track overdue invoices and continuously follow up with clients until payments are

received.

 Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer commitments.

 Update payment details in ERP/Excel systems after each collection.

 Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Sales teams to resolve any payment-

related disputes.

 Address basic invoice or billing issues during customer visits.

 Ensure timely submission of collected cheques or payment proofs to the accounts team.

 Share daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports with the reporting manager.

 Monitor customer PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments and ensure proper follow-up.

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support smooth and consistent

collections.

Key Requirements:

 Minimum 6 months to maximum 2 years of experience candidate.

 Any graduate is acceptable.

 Prior field work experience is mandatory, as the role involves extensive travel.

 Candidate must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

 Basic knowledge of invoicing, billing, and collection processes.

 Good communication and follow-up skills.

 Ability to manage records and reports accurately.
