Key Responsibilities

Collection Efficiency: Achieving targets by managing customer/agency follow-ups and reviewing collection mechanisms.
Bad Debt Reduction: Minimizing outstanding dues and managing write-offs.
Agency/Vendor Management: Overseeing collection agencies and ensuring their performance aligns with goals.
Data & Process Improvement: Analyzing customer behavior, identifying trends, and enhancing collection processes.
Customer Experience: Focusing on customer retention, digital adoption (self-care), and resolving issues.
Reporting: Providing insights on collections performance and market feedback
