We are Hiring for Field Collection Executive for Airtel.co.
Location - Bhubneswar
Salary - 12k to 15k after dedcuting pf and esic +Incentive

Core Responsibilities

Field Recovery: Visit delinquent or overdue customers (individuals and businesses) to secure outstanding payments in your assigned locality.

Payment Processing: Facilitate and process payments, issue receipts, and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.

Customer Negotiation: Discuss payment plans with customers, understand the reasons for their delay, and negotiate the settlement of their dues

Relationship Management & Churn Reduction: Address basic customer billing complaints, educate them on self-care, and offer solutions to minimize churn.

Compliance & Reporting: Document visit outcomes, maintain accurate records, and adhere strictly to RBI and company guidelines.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly recovery and collection KPIs.
